We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene liners are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off Your Shipment
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
